The Escambia Emergency Communications Alliance (EECA) is a non-profit professional organization for Public Safety Telecommunicators working in Escambia County, Alabama. We are passionate about the impact that Emergency Communications have on the people in our communities and we’re committed to the appreciation, growth, and development of Public Safety Telecommunicators in Escambia County.
